Packaging Design

Computer rendering, laser cutting, hand-cut samples, 3D printing, digital printing, and more: Dpack customers love the quick sample turnaround and personalized new product development experience. Once you are happy with the design structurally and functionally through blank prototypes, we move on to creating Golden Samples. Golden Samples can take longer to produce, but they are a valuable step in the process as they allow you to assess the final materials, printing, finishes, etc. exactly as they will be for produciton.

Warehousing & Fulfillment

D-Pack currently has warehousing locations in Northern California, New Jersey, and Kentucky. Additionally, at our Northern California facility, we offer fulfillment services:

Kitting: We can handle receiving, inventory storage, order processing, picking, packing and shipping for all your customer needs. We also have the capability to handle kitting that requires clean room environment.

Assembly: Light assembly to full assembly - D-pack can setup a dedicated line or a short-term line to receive all the components for your project and do the end-to-end assembly

Sustainable Material Development

D-pack offers packaging solutions in a variety of compostable and biodegradable materials. CGT is a leading producer of bio-composite resins and biopolymers used in food packaging designed to replace single-use plastics. These resins are made from agricultural byproducts such as wheat straw, soy husk, corn stover, coconut fiber, and coffee chaff, amongst others. Unlike many other compostable materials on the market, CGT has developed resins that truly look and feel like traditional plastics - great for your customer-facing packaging needs.
